Central America is rich in the diversity of its coffee plantations. As this part of the continent lies along the equator, it offers the absolute best conditions for growing coffee. We discovered one of the finest farms in Honduras—Los Lesquines—where the owners have been cultivating coffee for three generations, passing their craft down from father to son. Additionally, in Guatemala, there is a small plantation operated exclusively by women, established in 2016. By blending these two varieties together, we have created this coffee blend

We created this blend using two coffee varieties: Guatemala and Honduras. Flavor notes: black plum, granola, spices, and green apple.

THE MAIN RULES FOR MAKING DELICIOS COFFEE
* Use freshly ground coffee and clean water.
* Follow the proportions: approximately 6–8 g of coffee per 100 ml of water.
* The optimal water temperature is 90–96°C.
* Do not re-boil the coffee—this impairs the flavor.
* Adjust the grind size to suit your brewing method.
* Prepare the coffee immediately before serving.
* Clean equipment helps preserve the clean taste of the beverage.
Storage Guidelines for Freshly Roasted Coffee
* Store coffee in airtight packaging or a container.
* Keep away from light, moisture, air, and strong odors.
* The optimal temperature is room temperature, free from fluctuations.
* Do not store coffee in the refrigerator.
* Once opened, use the coffee within 3–4 weeks for the best flavor.
* Ground coffee loses its aroma faster—grind the beans just before brewing.
